There is a fantastic cocktail/wine bar for entertaining with seating and a game/card table for additional fun. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream with fully stocked cookware, dinnerware, bakeware, serving-ware, coffee bar, and appliances. Ample counter space for ideal catering and serving to guests. The Neighborhood: The house is located in a quiet neighborhood on Cedar Creek Lake in the city of Mabank, Texas. The neighborhood is all single family homes. The homes are a mix of weekenders and full time residents. Getting Around: You can walk/bike around the beautiful neighborhood but would recommend a car if you wanted to go to shopping or out to eat. You are just a few miles from the main road with shopping, restaurants, attractions. You are about 15 minutes off highway 175 that runs from Dallas to Athens. You are about 30 minutes from Canton Trade Days!!
