I was thoroughly impressed with the ambiance of the hotel, and the manager went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptionally comfortable. He even took the time to personally guide me to the nearby mall, displaying remarkable hospitality.
The facilities were outstanding, and I must commend the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure every need was met. Moreover, the chef deserves special recognition for catering to my dietary preferences as a vegetarian. He skillfully crafted a delightful and flavorful meal specifically tailored to my requirements.
Overall, my experience at the hotel was truly remarkable, thanks to the attentive manager, excellent facilities, and the exceptional service provided by the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and accommodating stay. The chef was also exceptional. Being a vegeterian, I didn't know what to expect. However, the chef made an exceptional meal that exceeded my expectations.
Nothing.

I liked the meals, as they were made perfectly
The location is far from noise which is a positive.
The people were also nice and attentive to needs
Would like for room service rather than having to leave the room always to ask for something like meals
Also, WIFI reach could be improved

I loved how clean the room and the entire facility was. The rooms are exactly as advertised. The tranquility in the area was also perfect, having travelled for work. The owner- Francis is so warm and thoughtful! Loved the food as well- it was freshly prepared and so tasty! Above all else, what stood out for me was how comfortable the bed was. I had a great night's sleep on all 3 nights that I was there. I'll definitely be back.🙂
I can't think of anything. I actually had a perfect stay.
