Calme appaisant

Un cadre très agréable et idéalement situé. Chambres propres. Ameublement et équipement spartiate. Hôte super sympa et déjeuner agréable.

Viel erg tegen.

Was rustig. Ook al zaten we in het centrum

De keukeninrichting en ook de kamerinrichting. Bestek: slechts 1 vork, 1 lepel. Kookgelegenheid aanwezig met 1 klein steelpannetje. 1 theekop, 1 wij glas. Kortom: slecht. Ook kon je niet met 2 personen aan de tafel zitten: 1 eetkamerstoel en 1 lage fauteuil. En ik had de indruk dat je in het bijbehorende restaurant kon eten, maar dat was dicht. Ook in de stad waren veel eethuizen gesloten.

Interesting as a couple of oldies (not that old) to stay in an old people's home!

Simple but adequate

Could have had bedside lights, and pillowcases would have been nice!

Une bonne surprise

Le cadre, l'emplacement, la grande gentillesse du personnel. L'histoire du lieu Très facile d'accès, parking très pratique dans une zone où les places sont rares La gentillesse y compris envers notre Labrador

Un petit peu de mise au point serait appréciable. La proposition commerciale devrait être plus claire

La bienveillance et l'amabilité des employés, le calme, la beauté des lieux, le confort de l'appartement, le petit-déjeuner, le parking dans l'enceinte, l'emplacement cœur de ville.

Calme, reposant. Étape idéale pour bien se reposer une nuit.

J’aime le calme et l’accueil ainsi que les bâtiments majestueux.

appartement très bien pour le prix et bien situé.

L'appartement était très bien. Propre. Le petit déjeuner aussi (pain, 1 croissant, beurre, confiture, jus d'orange) le tout pour 7.90€. Le cadre intérieur est magnifique. N'hésitez pas à appeler pour vérifier l'enregistrement car booking ne m'avait pas fourni l'appartement payé. La dame à la réception est très gentille et arrangeante.

Dommage Internet ne marché pas! apparemment c'est régulier... Le meuble de salle de bain est très âgé il aurait besoin d'être remplacé mais il est très propre. Pas de paroi de douche pour protéger. Une lumière extérieur serait bienvenue pour éclairer entre le parking et le bâtiment.

Quirky but good

A strange place initially being partly residential for old folks and an ex monastery. However the apartment was very nice and comfortable. We had a bit of trouble not being able to speak French but the resident chaplain helped us out. Private parking was good

The door entry fob system was not working but as reception was manned 24/7 this didn’t matter

The apartments are ideal for a small group of 3 or 4 people. We have stayed on two occasions and we hope to return.

It was a quiet and convenient location.

Un séjour presque parfait dans le Morvan

Tout était très très bien. Très bonne localisation près de la cathédrale, bel endroit historique et calme avec un jardin sur le rempart séculaire, chambre spacieuse et confortable avec une jolie vue depuis la fenêtre. Personnel accueillant et compétent, petit déjeuner continental tout à fait satisfaisant servi dans une salle bien aménagée aux poutres apparentes. Je recommande cet endroit pour un séjour à Autun.

Je n'ai pas du tout aimé la difficulté que j'ai rencontrée à pouvoir faire garder ma valise. Même si cela s'est finalement réalisé (avec quelques remarques négatives à la réception). Cette absence de "conciergerie" n'est précisée expressément nulle part lors de la réservation et si tout est fait pour assurer un parking aux automobilistes, les gens qui veillent à leur empreinte carbone...Cet inconvénient m'empêchera peut-être de revenir.

Lovely property in a good location. Simple but clean

A lovely old property (possibly some sort of alms house complex?) which is now largely used as sheltered housing for older people (Very few in evidence!). The rooms are very simply furnished but very clean and the kitchen has everything you need for breakfast or simple cooking. It’s a bit “old school” but good value for money and a very good location. Secure parking is €5.

The bed was a small double and too small for us!

Great architecture.

Interesting historic building, partly rented apartments, partly supported accommodation. Covered secure parking. The town centre was a short walk, with lots of pavement cafes and bars.

Then location of the building was excellent and the history was fascinating. The building had immense character and was great for an overnight stay.

The description of the property did not mention that the main function was as a home for long term residents and for sheltered accommodation. I don't think the (new) receptionist was aware it was available for overnight and short stays.

A stunning building in a great location

the apartment was part of a retirement home in a stunning building. Sadly our apartment was not to the standard of those shown in the photos but that may have been because they were hosting a visitors weekend so will have kept better apartments for show. The bathroom was modern and well equipped. The kitchen had 2 rings, a fridge and a microwave plus kettle and coffee machine.

The apartment was not the standard expected.

Great quiet spot in central Autun.

Located very close to the centre-ville. The facilities were clean and roomy. Breakfast was simple but quite nice and fresh. The staff were friendly and accomodating.
