Falkirk High Train station is less than a 10 minute walk from the property and you pass a small shop where you pick up the keys.
Very quiet area and block with good wifi.
Everything you need for a self catering stay.
Residents in the block are really friendly. I will defiantly be returning.
The Taxi drivers drop you in the car park so it's hard to find the entrance. My advice is ask to be dropped at 41 Griffiths Street and its opposite that.

Very comfortable modern first floor apartment in a good location for sight-seeing. Parking on site. Nothing lacking in the way of facilities.

Location & apartment layout.
The bedding and towels were clean as was cutlery and crockery.
Master bedroom - comfortable bed.
Lack of cleanliness & amount of wear & tear - . The whole apartment needs a thorough deep clean. It also needs scuffs, chips and marks on walls and doors to be addressed.
Key pickup/dropoff from Nisa grocers/convenience store - need a key lock box as only one set of keys was provided.
Communal corridor had a strange smell. This also needs cleaning and a lick of paint.
Second bedroom - uncomfortable bed.
No grill pan for oven.
It felt like the owner had just moved out for the weekend.
With a deep clean and repairs/renewals/painting it could be an excellent place to stay.
