Apartament przestronny, nowy, zadbany i bardzo czysty. Atutami są: dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, miejsce parkingowe oraz klimatyzacja, z której korzystaliśmy w upalne dni. Miejsce ciche, spokojne, zapewniające prawdziwy wypoczynek, godne polecenia zarówno dla rodzin (mały plac zabaw, tereny zielone, miejsce do grillowania), jak i dla par lub singli.
Problematyczny dojazd uliczkami Rusinowa, które są raczej drogami szutrowymi. Jednak to nie jest zarzut dotyczący apartamentu, ale włodarzy gminy, którzy powinni zadbać o infrastrukturę drogową rozwijającej się nadbałtyckiej, urokliwej miejscowości.

Nowy, bardzo czysty apartament. Bardzo dużo miejsca, ogromnym plusem jest długi korytarz, można w nim trzymać rzeczy i torby, nie zagrażając przestrzeni mieszkalnej. Z balkonu rozciąga się uroczy widok na okolicę. Na duży plus klimatyzacja i ekspres do kawy. Lokalizacja ok, szczególnie dla osób lubiących spacery, do morza jakieś 20 min pieszo. Bardzo sprawne zameldowanie i wymeldowanie, bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem. Okolica cicha, zielona.

Rate value for money is very good. There is an air conditioning in the apartment which was very useful in the hot weather. Also I liked that there is everything one needs for cleaning of the apartment during stay, often some tools are missing in other places.
Absence of washing machine. Everything else I liked.
