The apartment is really big, beautiful wooden floors. Really light and comfortable.
If you bring a car be warned the car park is very tight to drive round. Good to have parking but a bit of a challenge!

Schöne große Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Man ist in wenigern Minuten zu Fuss an der Marina.
Es fehlt eine klare Beschreibung, wo der Schlüssel zu finden ist. Da kann an der Kommunikation noch etwas gearbeitet werden. Das muss man alles viel deutlicher formulieren und war dann für uns recht stressig. Insgesamt fehlt es an Kommunikation z.B zur Lage der Tiefgarage und des Stellplatzes und wie man da hinkommt oder auch so simple Sachen, wie z.B wie eigentlich der Backofen funktioniert.
In dem Zimmer mit den beiden Betten fehlt es an Ablagefläche.
ich hätte auch einen richtigen Feedbackbogen im Appartement besser gefunden. Da hätte man dann kleinere Mängel auch draufschreiben können, wie z.B dass eine Schraube beim Handtuchhalter im linken Bad kaputt ist.

O silêncio, espaço e localização.
A acessibilidade e segurança : para estacionar no dito lugar que tínhamos direito é uma aventura e risco muito grande dado que o espaço para manobras e largura das rampas torna impossível a um SUV e muito difícil para um veículo “normal”. Só se pode utilizar no parque de estacionamento a escada de urgência ( o acesso ao elevador é interdito ) onde a iluminação é escassa. Acho que havia a necessidade de alterar a entrega de chaves para apenas um código de acesso ao apartamento etc….. facilitava aos utentes e ao fornecedor deste serviço ( alojamento ) assim como seria de certeza mais seguro pois facilmente se pode alterar o código para os próximos inquilinos do mesmo espaço. A falta de ar-condicionado também não abona o preço que pedem pelo espaço.
