Das Prada House ist ein super Ort, um Mailand zu erkunden und es gibt genug Platz, um mehrere Tage zu verbringen. Gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass es einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz gibt, um unser Auto gut und sicher zu parken. Der Self Check in und Check out war ebenfalls easy.
Eine etwas größere Duschwand wäre super, damit beim duschen nicht das ganze Bad nass wird.

Mieszkanie jest przestronne, łóżko wygodne, kuchnia wyposażona, wanna, klimatyzacja super, wymienniki w obu pokojach. Garaż dostępny prywatnie był największym atutem, auto było bezpieczne.
Filmiki wspomagające zameldowanie bardzo pomocne!.
Blisko również duży market, kawiarnie, tramwaj.
Budowa na przeciwko nie pozwala spać (stan na wrzesień 2026), pracują tam od 6 rano. Garaż dla aut o długości maksymalnie 445cm, drzwi zamykają się automatycznie po jakimś czasie więc trzeba uważać przy celowaniu i pakowaniu się, nie można ich zostawić uchylonych jak to robią sąsiedzi.
Bot AI jako element zameldowania i kontaktu jest żartem, zupełnie nietrafione rozwiązanie.

Jednoduchost a poměr cena/nabídka ubytování byla fajn, lokalita taky dobrá, s MHD nebyl problém. Veliká výhoda bylo parkovací místo.
V bytě bylo bohužel několik míst, kde bylo spousta prachu(sušák v koupelně, místa okolo a pod rozkládací postelí). Vybavení kuchyně bylo hodně omezené a rozkládací postel neuvěřitelně skřípe během noci. Hadice od sprchy má už své nejlepší roky taky dávno za sebou :/

Nice small apartment, had an underground garage for the car
Large construction site opposite the building which was very dusty, no hot water in the apartment, the bathroom needed some maintenance
