A truly special place in the middle of nature.
From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed. The staff took the time to explain the impressive 100-meter-long building, which is constructed primarily from wood and blends beautifully into the surrounding forest.
My stay included guided meditation, breathwork sessions, a traditional tea ceremony, and exceptionally well-prepared dinner and breakfast experiences.
One highlight was the beautiful communal bath with high-quality skincare / body products. Surrounded by forest and large floor-to-ceiling windows, it felt as if you were bathing and sleeping directly in nature.
A peaceful retreat and a wonderful place to slow down.

あぐらがしやすい座椅子があり、夜の自由時間も普段らやらない瞑想の時間がもてたりできたこと。
エクササイズレッスンもあり、非日常が味わえた。
廊下を歩く音が寝ている間も聞こえてきたり、寝具が自分には合わなかったのか、あまり眠れなかったのが残念だった。

とにかく建築好きにはたまらない宿。
また細部の備品にもこだわりがあって、完全に統一された世界観が味わえる。
食事も徹底されたこだわりで作られた芸術品のような作品が提供される。
またこちらで体験できる瞑想，ヨガも素晴らしく，先生もとても素敵です。
貴重な瞑想体験ができるのだが、いかんせん周囲が静かだからなのだろうが、逆に近くを走る車の通行音がなかなかに聞こえて耳障り。きっと瞑想を極めた人には気にならないのだろうが素人には没入するまで邪魔な音。防音窓とかにならなかったのかなーとは思った。
