Die Ferienwohnung bietet unglaublich viel Platz und liegt trotz ihrer zentralen Lage angenehm ruhig. Selbst im Hochsommer blieb es in der Wohnung vergleichsweise kühl, und die Klimatisierung war sehr angenehm.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über einen großen Kühlschrank. Lediglich mit der Waschmaschine waren wir nicht ganz zufrieden, da die Wäsche nach dem Waschen leider eher muffig roch.
Die Lage ist wirklich außergewöhnlich: Man wohnt mitten im Geschehen der wunderschönen Altstadt und direkt am Platz. Zahlreiche tolle Bars und Restaurants befinden sich unmittelbar vor der Haustür – besser kann man in Bologna kaum wohnen.
Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte direkt ein größeres Parkhaus wählen, das etwa acht Gehminuten entfernt liegt. Das Parkhaus gleich um die Ecke ist am Wochenende aufgrund von Straßensperrungen teilweise nicht erreichbar. Daher empfiehlt es sich, dies bereits bei der Anreise einzuplanen und lieber etwas weiter entfernt zu parken.
Die Organisation der Schlüsselübergabe war hervorragend. Wir erhielten vorab ein ausführliches Video, eine WhatsApp-Nachricht, ein Informationsschreiben sowie alle benötigten Zugangscodes. Alles war sehr umfangreich, bestens organisiert und leicht verständlich.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Waschmaschine, waren 3 Wochen unterwegs und brauchten die daher. Ansonsten ja nicht wirklich relevant.

We loved the location of this apartment. It was spectacular. The space itself was abundant and perfect for our family of 4. We would 100% stay here again!!!
The A/C wasn't working hardly at all and in the summer months, it was pretty warm in the room. Not a deal breaker whatsoever and somewhat expected but was hopeful the air conditioning would have worked.

Location cleanliness and very Good A/C
Lack of key infos from the invisible host: 1. Not saying the 25-30 steps to do to access the apartment; 2. not saying BEFORE booking about the local tourist tax (7€ per adult) while the ad in booking was falsely saying “including tax and charges”; 3. sending the instructions only 24 hrs before check in including extra charges on local tourist tax and early check out demanded at 10AM!! . 4. Asking to pay cash (!!) the taxes (21€) and including our 13-old kid kid to pay the local tax even though I sent the host her ID and she is a minor of 14-year old which are exempted. Just because I checked I could avoid to pay. 5. The “magnificent view” on the main square was totally obstructed by a giant black movie screen placed. Not the host fault but still the view was pretty ugly. The apt is at first floor so pretty dark. 6. Last all the liquid soap containers in the main bathroom were empty and one shower couldn’t give cold water (36C outside)
