From the moment we arrived, everything about this stay exceeded expectations. The apartment is absolutely stunning, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind.
The view is truly breathtaking. Waking up to the sea and enjoying the sunset from the balcony felt like something out of a dream. It’s the kind of place where you just want to sit, relax, and take it all in.
The staff were exceptional, warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Communication was seamless, and they made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. You can tell they genuinely care about the experience of their guests.
The location is also ideal, offering both tranquility and easy access to everything you might need. It felt like a luxurious escape while still being convenient.
Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. I would 100% come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and high-quality experience.

Beste Lage in erster Strandreihe. 5. Stock mit Aufzug und Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Hochwertige Ausstattung. Balkon mit Blick in beide Richtungen über die ganze Bucht. 2 SZ.
Freundlicher Empfang der Vermieter und nettes Willkommenspaket mit Kaffee und Süßigkeiten!
In der Nachsaison eher ruhigerer Bereich von Durres.
Spülmaschine und ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden.
Matratzen im Hauptschlafzimmer sind leicht schräg, man hat das Gefühl dass von innen nach außen ein Gefälle besteht. Matratzen insgesamt eher hart.
Durres ist für unsere Bedürfnisse wohl eher in der Vor/Nachsaison eine Option, möchte mir nicht vorstellen was in der Ferienzeit los ist!
Ende September haben schon einige Lokale zu… dafür kann aber die Unterkunft nichts.
2. Schlafzimmer eher dunkel da zu Innenhof. Belüftung aber gut möglich!
Eher etwas hochpreisiger im Vergleich, dies macht aber die Ausstattung wieder wett!

Very good location on the south of Durres, Good parking if you don't have a very large car. Great Sea view, first row, without road, on the Durres Beach.
Apartment is very well equiped, very cleaned, really all confort, coffee, bottle of water in the fridge and very nice hosts!
There is a restaurant playing loud on the beach, usually ending around midnight but one night there was party and was a bit tough to sleep.
Second room has no real window, main room has same great view to the sea.
