The facilities, the room was nice and big, comfortable.
Just one staff member was not friendly. And breakfast took long on the first day.

So many people suggested not staying in a riad. They were wrong! Riad Nyla is out of this world. It is so so so beautiful. I have no words to describe our experience. Everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly, attentive and helpful. They assisted us with EVERYTHING and the level of attention to detail was insane. I could WhatsApp them and they responded in seconds and provided whatever I needed. They went above and beyond for us and I am so thankful. The breakfast omg it was insane. Everyday was different but so so tasty. The staff member serving breakfast remembered my coffee order and gave us an extra glass of orange juice because he remembered my partner really liked it. I cannot recommend this riad enough. We moved to a 5star hotel after our stay here and it was a terrible mistake. We missed Nyla so much. The location is also really good it is in the medina but only a 3 minute walk to the Main Street where you can get taxis. Also, a lot of the tourist attractions are a walking distance from the riad. You will not regret staying here! I will definitely be back. Staying here was the highlight of my trip. I forgot to mention how comfortable the bed was omg it was like sleeping on a cloud! The room was so beautiful I couldn’t stop taking pictures!! The spa is also really nice. Honestly, this was an unforgettable experience. I cannot thank the team enough!

The fact their were only a few rooms made it feel like everyone was heard and listened to and all our needs were met to an exceptional standard they went above and beyond with every small detail
There wasn’t a single thing we disliked everything was amazing.
