Amazing location and views from room , Room was clean and perfect, Outstanding welcome from hosts Nicolaci and Valeria whom went out of the way on a busy Saturday summer night to help us park our car after we had unexpectedly arrived later than expected from Rome airport. They helped us with luggage and restaurant recommendations for arrosticinin which was high on list : Memorable stay in a memorable Vasto town with outstanding hosts and family :

La posizione super e anche la camera: nulla da dire su questo
il fatto che le pulizie fossero ogni 3 giorni e pertanto, avendo soggiornato per 3 notti, non è mai stata rifatta nè pulita. Tenendo conto della sabbia etc...sarebbe bastato anche solo un po' di aspirazione per rendere il soggiorno più confortevole. Anche le cialde per il caffè al mattino, erano 2, non sono mai state rifornite e quindi per le successive mattine non abbiamo potuto bere il caffè.

The architecture, location, facilities and cleanliness were all fantastic. Nicola was very helpful

Perfect location. Clean room. Breakfast in the coffee shop nearby : Cup of coffee, croissant and fresh juice. Nice arrangement with parking close to place
To be careful the very sharp and narrow staircase. Air conditioner a bit strange, seems to me water cooling, require time to cool down the room and not always succeed.
