Very comfortable and adequately provisioned apartment. Centrally located to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping of all kinds and yet very quiet and private. Very conducive to sleeping in late.

The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. We especially loved the unique double wide grey velvet couch. It was in a perfect location with shopping and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood was very quiet. My only suggestion would be to include extra blankets for the beds. The double bed was a bit too firm for my taste. Trent was friendly and easy to work with! Everything worked out perfectly!

The property was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The kitchen came equipped with dishes, flatware, pans, toaster, microwave, and washer/dryer. There were only a few steps up/down to get into the unit from the street, and parking was readily available right outside. The location was good. A public library was across the street and there were a variety of retail stores within a mile. Our grandchildren (ages 7 and 5) came for a few hours each day and we had plenty of room in the unit for them to play. For outdoor activities a park and playground were just a few blocks away.

We stayed for three nights and found the condo clean and spacious enough for three of us. We enjoyed the safe rental neighborhood as well. For potential renters: Washington DC National Mall is about 45 minutes away depending on the day. We felt like it was nice to stay outside of the city. Fedex Field is an easy 20 minute drive. Planet Fitness is a quick 10 minute drive. Target is 6 minutes from the condo.

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located! The bed was very soft, but other than that everything was great. A very well-appointed place — the kitchen was great, and there was laundry, too, though we didn’t end up using the later. Check in was very simple!

My husband and I are traveling from Florida to Connecticut, but stopped here to visit family for a few days. The stay was absolutely beautiful and decorated so nice! The neighborhood was very safe and peaceful to walk around. Crofton is also very central to a lot of great dining and shopping. The owner was responsive and was overly accomodating.

5 stars, no issues at all, very clean and nice property. I should have asked or looked deeper into the listing to find out if a hair dryer was supplied, but it was not and that was a bummer. Also no baking sheets or oven containers if you plan on cooking.

We were surprised by the cleanliness and this newly updated apartment. It was nicely decorated and had all the amenities we could want, including a dishwasher, washer, dryer, several floor fans, ceiling fans, spacious closets and so much more. It is on a quiet street, within a very close drive to all restaurants and shopping. Only a short 20 min. drive to the USNA in Annapolis. The apartment was more than spacious for the two of us and the cost was much more affordable than Annapolis hotels. And, we got a full apartment! Highly recommend this place to stay. I don't think you'll regret it!

A very nice neighborhood to stroll with a young family. Street parking but presented no problems. Close to highways we needed. Felt a lot like home. We were visiting family and this made an easy transition from my parents' home for the baby.

Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Close to everything we wanted to do. Found a great breakfast place called Grumps Cafe. Rooms were all bigger than we expected which was a nice surprise. Bed was very comfortable. Will look to rent this one again in the near future

The condo was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are larger than depicted in the pictures, and with carpet that was clean. I traveled from the west coast to visit my son, and the two bedrooms were perfect. I used the kitchen often which had a good working stove. The microwave cut off power in the kitchen, but it was an easy reach to circuit breaker also on kitchen wall (just switch on again). The high back coach in the living room was cozy. Overall we had a great experience and already planning another visit and stay here. Trent is also very responsive, and cares about his property and folks experience.

Very clean immediately upon entering. East check in and out. Easy street parking. Used uber to get back and forth to the Boat Show. Nice fenced in back yard, no furniture outside, however. We definitely would stay again.

This place was perfect for my husband and I to stay while visiting our son. It's an easy drive to the Naval Academy and DTA. Place was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Trent was quick to respond before and during our stay. Definitely going to look into staying here again.

Nice and clean, very cozy. Central to lots of amenities. This is a basement unit, and still nice and quiet with no neighbor noise. The kitchen has essentials, but if you’re a foodie or cooking from scratch you may want to bring supplies. Great prompt communication from the host. We had a wonderful time. Thanks!

Great condo for couple/family. Condo is in a great location to get to Annapolis and D.C (by car). Very clean and surprised by the size of the rooms. Beds were comfy and had all the amenities you need. Was able to do laundry before heading home. Trent is VERY responsive and check in was a breeze. Highly recommend!
