Look no further. This is one of the best places that I have stayed in my travels around the country. The whole house is tastefully decorated. There is comfortable seating in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials necessary to fix a meal. Bedrooms are amply furnished with comfy beds and dreamy linens. Everything was clean and fresh. You can see the downtown from the house and it's just a hop, skip and a jump to get there. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is an absolute gem! Clean, well maintained, with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfectly located close to downtown Broken Arrow which is adorable with some great restaurants and shopping. The hosts were amazing and had really thought of everything and then some - even left water bottles and chocolates for each guest!

The house was beautiful and the moment you stepped through the door you felt at home. It was beautifully decorated and felt cozy. It was very clean and I loved how quiet the neighborhood was. The hosts were amazing. They made sure you had no issues, were comfortable, and I loved how they made sure that you knew of events happening nearby. I would definitely recommend this home to family and friends.

From the minute you pull into the driveway, you know the home will be perfect. It was super clean, spacious, and updated. It felt like home. I was thrilled they had a Keurig coffee maker because I love my morning coffee. I highly recommend this property.

We loved everything about this house from the moment we walked through the door. It's cozy, quiet, impeccably clean and very, very comfortable. The hosts have thought of everything! Some of the surrounding houses are older, and it appears the neighborhood in general is being revitalized. This house is new and located at the end of a quiet road - it's very convenient to the charming main street. We enjoyed starting and ending each day on the covered back porch, relaxing and listening to the birds. We are already talking about planning another trip!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was great and we loved the location. The house was comfortable and perfect for the 3 of us. Our guests had plenty of parking space and the house was comfortable to entertain in. My favorite vrbo house and area in Oklahoma. We did go to main street and walked around but because it was Sunday evening there wasn't a lot open. The owners were kind and receptive and answered questions quickly. I hope to have the opportunity to stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It’s as if we were in our own home. Very accommodating and it seemed as if they thought of everything. The only other thing that we would’ve like to see is King beds in both bedrooms and tissues!

This was the most comfortable, clean, and relaxing place that we have stayed at. Location is perfect and just minutes from Main Street. Check in was a breeze and the hosts were so helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be back and would recommend this place to everyone. Definitely a 100/10!

We knew it was going to be perfect the moment we drove in the driveway. Super clean, well maintained darling home in such an awesome location. The Rose District downtown Broken Arrow was such a fun area and we loved the fact that we could walk to everything!....Farmers Market, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery. We sure enjoyed staying here!

The house was new and very nicely furnished. Communication was excellent. Bed was great, very comfortable. My only issues were that the houses around us were kind of dumpy and the train tracks were right there. Was awakenen by the train whistle, very loud. All in all, great property. Would highly reccommend.

My daughter was a part of Transformation Church Production “Ransom” and we looked and looked for a place to stay. So so happy i found this amazing home. It was so nice, clean, quiet, relaxing etc. It is around everything especially a nice old little town that’s so beautiful with some yummy places to eat. I could go on and on about this place but if your looking don’t pass this place up you will be happy you didn’t. I spoke to the owner about a late checkout and they were so nice and said, “It would be their pleasure while wishing us a Happy BLESSED Resurrection Day.” My family and i really enjoyed this place and would stay here again if we ever have to come to Tulsa.

The house was very nicely kept, and the hosts were great to communicate with! The little chocolates in the rooms on arrival were a nice touch! It’s a quiet neighborhood and the fenced in back yard is good for younger kids. We would stay there again. Thanks for a nice stay for our family vacation!

We had the most enjoyable time visiting the many activities recommended by our amazing Hosts! The cottage was perfect - cozy and clean, warm and welcoming. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this particular one is at the top of our list. We loved everything about it and will definitely book here again.
