You can relax and play pool/ping-pong or enjoy a city park right out the back gate! A few blocks away you can swim in the summer or ice skate in the winter. When is the last time you made s’mores around the fire? Make yourself at home and enjoy our wonderful downtown, recently recognized by USA Today as one of America's most "Charming Main Streets." We want you and your family to have a comfortable stay and will provide coffee/tea, snacks and plenty of clean blankets to curl up under. The house is newly furnished throughout with one queen and two full beds on all new carpet and wood floors. Netflix and Hulu provided on 55 inch 4K TV as well as high speed internet(200 mbps)! You will have so many options outside with 11 different chairs to relax in! Play bocce, corn hole, or disc golf in the backyard or sit on the patio at sunset. Nothing beats sitting around the fire with friends and family and enjoying refreshments!Walk to tennis and basketball courts or your little ones can step out the back gate and be on the playground in less than a minute. There is a Walmart Neighborhood Market a few blocks away if you need anything and Target just a few miles away. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer on site. Plenty of parking available. Minutes away from pizza, barbecue, gelato, steakhouse,coffee shops, a brewery, sushi, mexican and more! Check out downtown shopping or go to the spa. Great for families and business travelers alike. Close to Bass Pro, Performing Arts Center, Rhema, and The Warren Theatre! This is our only rental property and gets all our attention which is why it has been among the very best in Broken Arrow for the past four years! PLEASE no pets or smokers. No parties.

It was a very nice place to stay. Kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the games and the fire pit. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Would definitely go again.

We had an amazing time staying in this beautiful home. It was very comfy and peaceful. Had games for the guests to play, and also had snacks. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting broken arrow.

This three bedroom home in a mature Broken Arrow neighborhood was perfect for a family-friendly weekend in Tulsa. The couches and beds were cozy, Wi-Fi worked seamlessly and we loved having access to a washer and dryer. Water pressure in the shower was great, which is often a miss with rentals! We would stay here again.

This is a great place to stay and relax with family or friends. Conveniently located, clean and spacious. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Price was affordable and fair. The pool table and fire pit were our favorite!

This Broken Arrow property was perfect for our trip. The host was very helpful, prompt and friendly. We enjoyed the pool table. We would have loved to spend time in the backyard at the firepit but with temperatures approaching 100 degrees that was not possible. We would definitely stay here again.

This home came with comfort, recreation and relaxation. The owners were very nice and the home had all you could need for a cozy and entertaining stay. The house was decorated just right, very clean and the beds were comfortable and the pool table and games kept us engaged all evening after being out about the town during the day. We will definitely look forward to coming back next year 🥰

This was our second visit. It was a Spring Break trip with adults and kids. The house was so clean and comfortable. It had everything we could possibly want. So nice that there is a fire pit and grill, as well as lots of fun games for the family. The pool table/ping pong table is a total win for all!!! Can't say enough good things about the property. The owner is also easy to reach and super hospitable!!!

Beautiful house close to the Rose District in Broken Arrow. The house is clean, well decorated and supplied. The neighborhood is quiet. We stayed 5 nights visiting family. It was nice to come home to refresh for the next day. We will definitely stay here again.

Our best VRBO stay yet!

This marks our 2nd experience with VRBO, and this one is a good one. For any softball parents (such as us) this property is ideally located between Arrowhead Park and Main Street of Broken Arrow which has a LOT to offer. The area seems newly renovated and has some great restaurants nearby. The property itself is very clean, in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoors (fire pit area) is well shaded, and is within walking distance to a park. Highly recommend. If we ever return to Broken Arrow, this is where we will stay!

Perfect for a girls weekend!

We had three ladies for four nights and five days and this house was perfect. It is clean, spacious and comes with everything you could need and more! We made good use of the firepit and played some pool. It is wonderfully located to grocery stores and the rest of Tulsa. A quiet, older neighborhood with neighbors out and about. The house would be perfect for any situation, with kids, just a couple, friends - it is perfect. Adam was also super easy to communicate with and very flexible with our arrival and departure time. Would never hesitate to stay here again! Thanks Adam!
