I’ll start by saying I’ve used rental apps 100x before with positive experiences. This was not the case. Communication with host was sub par. Place was dusty and sand on ground. Bedsheets old and outdated. It’s an older worn down place. Holes in back fence that our dog snuck through. No hot water. Positives are 3 min walk to beach. We wouldn’t return.

Few friends and I stayed for a wedding. Good proximity to pier village and has a nice backyard.

Beautiful, spacious, well-maintained home that's close to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. The host was gracious enough to provide linens and towels because my family and I were traveling from various states. My only suggestion would be that the host post directions as to how to enter the property, where to park and how rules. They were available after we entered the property.

Great spot to stay plenty of room in each bedroom and for small kids to stay and play. Short 8 min walk to the beach and 15 mins to the town square of beachside shops.

The place is cute and a short walk to the beach. Location is great. The bottom apartment is loud as I could actually hear the people above me snoring overnight and you heard them walking and their voices throughout. Everything was quirky. The check-in was supposed to be at 4 pm, but we received a text that we couldn't get in until 6 pm, and then at 5 pm, they said it was available. Odd. There was supposed to be a parking space in front of the house, it was blocked so parking was limited. Then it said it was a fully stocked unit, but there was no toilet paper, shampoo / conditioner, coffee, etc. There was a note when you checked in that said you may have to restock .. huh? I sent an email to the property manager to see if I needed to pack beach chairs (I have a ton but would just as soon not pack if they're already there), he said yes there are six, but when I got there they were CAMP chairs, NOT beach chairs. Then when we went to the beach we had to have a beach pass, which the site said was included, the PM said they were not and we had to pay the daily passes (he later reimbursed me when I pointed out the discrepancy on the listing). And finally, the smoke alarm must have been low on battery and beeped almost the entirety of our trip. Needless to say, we left early and did not spend the final night b/c in order to do so we would have 1) had to buy toilet paper and paper towels, 2) fixed the smoke detector, 3) slept through the upstairs tenants snoring again.

The property manager was kind and attentive. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location! Unfortunately, we didn’t have time on our trip to enjoy the outdoor patio area, there was a very nice area behind the home for a little fire to hang with your guests!
