The location and views from our balcony were epic. The staff were all very sweet and welcoming.

Mattresses could be a bit more firm, and balcony seats were uncomfortable, but that's all. The rest of the room and hotel were great.

While it’s marketed and priced as a resort - access to the pool is limited and poorly managed - not enough chairs - too much space taken up by reservation only beds and huts- $650 for a hut rental are you kidding me? The pool area was not maintained well too many chairs with towels on them with no one sitting there - need to be more strict with “saving chairs” very unfair

The rooms were very nice & clean and updated. No problem with the room.

The pool, to get a cabana it would cost $750., bathrooms were dirty(due to clientele. Towels thrown all over, toilets not flushed, toilet paper all over.ugh. Ordering drinks or food at pool was find but there was an automatic tip for 20% added. Small pool but allowing very large float in the pool. Not a very relaxing pool. Lobby almost got ran over on little children on scooters. Parents not watching them. $65.a day to valet park & when we left(3 women) we tip employee when he brought car but never put our luggage in car. For what we paid there all the above makes me not to go back.
