It was good overall. It is small and cozy with good design right in front of the beach.
It was inconvenient that they didn’t have luggage stand. I had to constantly bend down to floor to get my stuffs. Also there were constructions, which makes noise that bothered me from bedroom.

Very nice service, excellent security.
I didn't like that the room didn't have enough space to walk around (same as you can see in the picture). it will be good if it included a sofa or a small couch to seat to be able to read (at least by the entrance). I didn't like the seating in the small balcony, I loved the area but parking was too expensive also the "hotel fees". For 2 nights I spend over $1,000...too expensive

Beautiful place, friendly staff and very clean. My only ding would be the $55 resort fee in the winter when you are not using the pool or beach areas and you find out after they take your car and park it that the valet is $55/day. At this point you are in, settled and trying to enjoy your day, who wants to play move my car???

Really nice check in with the gentleman on Friday night. We checked in after dinner around 9. Gave my 4yo daughter a few pages to color with stickers and crayons which she loved. Beds are comfy and we love the area.

Front desk staff was fantastic. Megan and Taylor were wonderful. The kids that worked in the coffee shop were also great major problem parking the hotel has a huge parking area right across the street except they charge $58 a day to park if you’re a guest I think that’s absolutely ridiculous especially if you’re a guest, there’s a parking garage on the other side of the street that charges $20 a day. I feel if you were a guest of a hotel the least they can do is allow you to park especially when the parking area is absolutely huge very disappointed in the parking situation .

THE PROPERTY IS GORGEOUS. I GET THERE AND THEY GAVE US THE 2ND FLOOR WHERE THERE WAS SO MUCH NOISE THAT WE SPENT THE WHOLE EVENING WIDE AWAKE BECAUSE WE COULD NOT FALL ASLEEP. THEY ALSO GAVE US A SMALL CORNER ROOM AND WHEN I ASKED TO PAY TO UPGRADE THEY SAID THEY HAD NOTHING AVAILABLE. THEY SHOULD HAVE OFFERED US A DIFFERENT NITE TO COME BACK INSTEAD THEY WAIVED OUR PARKING FEE. R U KIDDING!!! NEVER AGAIN. SPENT $300 FOR WHAT???

My recent stay at the Wave Hotel was a pure delight. The staff was welcoming, the room was comfortable with a stunning view, and the hotel's amenities were impeccable. Everything was great. except for the fact that the front desk staff gave the impression that my only parking option was to pay $58 a day for valet since there is no overnight street parking, when the parking lot across the street was easily accessible and free.

First time at Wave Resort, this is one of the new resorts. My family and I love the spacious rooms, cleanliness and the staff were very friendly. I definitely recommend a stay here.

When we arrived, outside the temperature was about 30 degrees. The room was cold, so we raised the thermostat to 72.
1.5 hours later the room was about 67 degrees. I asked the front desk to change rooms, she said no as it will only take a few minutes for the temperature to rise, the engineer will take care of it.
By the time we left the next morning, the temperature in the room was 68 degrees.

The resort fee is a rip off. What exactly was this for?

Hotel is very clean and accommodating. Customer service is excellent. Rooms are a little small for more than 2 people (we had 3 ppl in a two queen room).
The hotel offered valet parking for $55 but there is a parking garage across the street for $20/day if you’re only there for 1 night.

Try to get a room on the left hand side of the hotel, deliveries and unloadings going on on the right and its starts around 7am in the morning..pretty loud.

Place is fine. We didn't think it was anything special. We didn't like the sliding door on the bathroom that doesn't close tight.

The hotel was ok, but needed a lot of refinements as far as the finer points are concerned.
The room furniture and walls were a bit worn.
The front desk service was mediocre. The valet parking service was excellent.
The $55 per day resort and parking fees were each very over priced, especially during the off season.
The spa was excellent, as was the Maya restaurant.
The location is superb, which is the big draw for the hotel.

The hotel is nice but it shouldn’t be called a resort since the amenities are not available after October 1st. Most restaurants were closed. No pool bar. No beach loungers or umbrellas. Tod this was mentioned on the website I would’ve gone to Asbury Park instead. I give this place 2.5 ⭐️

Everything, and everyone was amazing except for cleanliness of pool area. Found gum on pool deck that was there for my entire stay. Pool staff was not friendly, and seemed annoyed when I asked for an umbrella. Told me to get up and move my wheelchair that was not in the way. Everything else was outstanding!

The rooms are too loud in between each room. You can hear them talking plus when they were smoking weed next-door you could smell it in our room. There is no phone in our room to call front desk.

It's our second year at the Wave Resort. We had encountered slow service due to computer system was down at Cafe as well as by the pool bar.

I spent $ 850.00 for one night. $ 55.00 for parking one night. This place is not a resort.
Tiny pool, filled with kids, the "gym" is the size of a closet with 4 machines. No services at all. When I asked for a late checkout 12pm instead of 11am they said no. Rude staff, place is a total rip off. Don't stay here.

There was a problem with the room at the wave and they ended up moving us to a sister hotel but the manager Alex was really understanding and accomadating and though we lost the room we initially booked they gave us another great room with a discount as well as access to the wave amenities. Kayla at the bungalow and Alex were great and really respectful towards us highly recommended!

This is our third time at the Wave. Big clean rooms, lovely outdoor pool and the private beach is excellent. Pool bar is great, it's so convenient to the shopping area and the local restaurants. What can we say, we keep coming back! We're not as impressed with Maya and the Cantina as far as food, but who wants to eat at the hotel anyway when there's great options nearby? Everything about our stay was great and of course we'll be back for a 4th time. Love the garage parking as well.

For a summer resort the Maya Restaurant was closed Monday and Tuesday. And that was one of the reasons why we stayed at this hotel. As for the room, the door was broken the entire time we were there going in and out of the van was a real pain in the neck. The key didn’t work. The fob didn’t work. We called the front desk to have them come and fix it. They said they did but it was still very difficult to open the door. It look like somebody had broken the lock.

The casino was nice, the property was ok. The biggest negative about this place is the cleanliness of the rooms. We walked into a “cleaned” room with dirty on grime on the floor, the showers were moldy and the sheets were not clean. We had to request the room to be cleaned AGAIN! I suggest only coming to this place to gamble, drink, eat and leave!
