Room facing busy main road, noisy all day and hard to sleep at night even with earplugs
No clear signage at breakfast buffet for different dietary restrictions

Very pleasant ambience and nice aroma as we enter the hotel lobby. The hotel room was very clean, bright and refreshing with friendly frontline staff.
Access into the hotel lobby was somewhat confusing and had to turn back but besides that all good.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned on time every day. The bed was large and very comfortable. The pool area was excellent — clean and well maintained. Complimentary parking was very convenient. The location outside Georgetown is actually a plus, as it’s quieter but still quick to reach everything by car.
However, cleanliness in public areas and the restaurant was disappointing. Restaurant seat cushions were dirty, and outdoor seating after rain was not cleaned promptly. Overall hygiene did not feel like a priority. We also had doubts whether plates and cutlery were properly washed. Laundry service is overpriced for Malaysia. English skills of staff were basic.
