I love this place cause of the convenience. It's decently close to Osaka station and you have the a few other lines within close walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the room amenities are adequate enough for what you get.
Check-in at 5pm and check-out at 10am is a bit crazy IMO. Additionally, the change where they won't hold your luggage unless you pay a fee (800 yen if I'm not mistaken) for the day is very disheartening. Offering to hold the luggage till 12pm when the check-out is 10am is just telling me you don't want to hold my luggage without telling me you don't want to hold my luggage.
I can live with the check-in and check-out times. The luggage thing I wouldn't be as upset about if the fees weren't the same or higher as a lockers nearer to the station.

Great location and friendly staff! Comfortable bed and quite generous capsule sizes.
The capsule curtain didn’t go all the way down to the floor so the hallway light kept me up. Breakfast options were a bit limited.

In a quiet area, close to some good restaurants and konbinis. Larger rooms were perfect for short stays. Close to a subway station. (Hanshin Electric Railway). Public bathhouse was clean and great after a long day of walking.
The only negatives are that JR Osaka Station is pretty far, but I can walk underground to get there, and the air was blowing in my room, but I still felt hot at night.

It's quite near to Doyamacho about 25 mins walk
Breakfast was not prepared at 7am as was promised. Meaning, I booked the room with breakfast but I didn't get it on the day of check out.
