Das Haus ist gross und komplett umzäunt. Es gibt ein Tor mit Fernbedienung und einen grossen Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus (wir waren mit Auto, Anhänger und 2 Motorrädern unterwegs). Es gibt eine Terrasse mit schönem Blick in die Landschaft.
Das Haus hat keine gute Atmosphäre. Es scheint so als ob man die geerbte Immoblie zum Ferienhaus gemacht hat, ohne sich viel Mühe zu geben. Es ist sauber und es fehlt eigentlich nichts. Man sollte allerdings die Beschreibung genau lesen vor der Buchung: es gibt keine Handtücher und genau eine Rolle Klopapier. Betten, Matrazen und Bettwäsche sind von minderer Qualität. Terrasse ist mit billigsten Plastikstühlen bestückt und Sonnenliegen stellen einem nach 5 min das Blut in den Oberschenkeln ab. Die geringe Motivation der Vermieter für das Wohlbefinden der Gäste zu sorgen, zeigt sich am zerrissenen Fliegengitter im Klo, der kaputten Fliegenklatsche und den Küchenstühlen, auf die man sich besser nicht setzt, da sie sonst zusammenbrechen (siehe Bilder). Fliegergitter an den Fenstern im Wohnzimmer und den Schlafzimmern fehlen.
