The staff is very helpful and welcoming.
It has a full functional kitchen.
You can get some drinks at the minibar.
The long sandy beach is just across the road.
It's nice for some quiet times.
The beds have curtains which is very nice for some privacy.
Bus stop is directly infront to get to the center. There's just one line, so you cannot miss it.
It's located far away from the center (about 4km), so make sure to bring some food or be mobile. Unfortunately the rental bikes weren't operational

It’s a well maintained property, close to the beach, very friendly staff, clean and good vibe. I highly recommend this place and with no doubt I will come back again!

Close to the beach. Beds comfortable. Fine breakfast included.
No hot water in the shower!
The place is a bit worn- down. It was simply not for us, especially not compared to our other stays on Madeira with the same rating.
