Location and free parking. Used the buses most of the time. Beds very comfortable and everything lovely and clean.
I think it would be better if the front room was a sitting room rather than dining room. The sofa and chair felt very squashed in at the back room.

As above, cleanliness, facilities, comfort seating and cosy bed all great. 4 minute walk to the bus stop , Loop bus every 10 minutes. Quiet location . Would recommend. Great fish and chip shop in village!!

The property was conveniently located near the beaches, which was fantastic for us since my son loves the beach. It was ideal for our family, clean and tidy, and had everything we needed, including a small garden.
The hosts were excellent at communication, providing us with information about places to eat and links to rides and attractions. Very thought out we have been coming to Broadstairs before my son and since my son was little but this was so far the best
There is on street parking for the property but had to park elsewhere not far, as there was not always space.

Place is cosy and we had a very comfortable stay. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen seemed to have everything one could need. Towels supplied. Clean bathroom.
I understand why previous reviews mention parking. The house was cold when we arrived but heating instructions were clearly visible.
