Observation Booking
Nous tenons tout d’abord à préciser que le précédent message ne concernait absolument pas cet hôtel.
Concernant notre séjour ici, notre arrivée s’est faite en avance et, nous ont installés car malheureusement, je suis arrivée très malade. J’ai été victime d’une intoxication alimentaire qui m’a contraint à rester alité pendant trois jours et perfusé.
Durant toute cette période, le personnel de l’hôtel a été extrêmement prévenant, à l’écoute et attentif à mon état de santé. Ils ont régulièrement pris de mes nouvelles et se sont montrés particulièrement disponibles et bienveillants.
Nous tenons donc à les remercier sincèrement pour leur gentillesse et leur accompagnement pendant ces trois jours difficiles.
