the ease of getting to the hotel by bus from train station. It's only a 5 min walk from the bus stop. The food is excellent With good size portions. the staff were very polite and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast.

This hotel has an excellent location in the heart of Baden Baden. Right in the middle of the core restaurant action. Nice, big room with a comfortable bed. There's a very popular restaurant on the main floor of the building if you don't want to walk too far. The buffet breakfast was excellent and was served at a restaurant across the street.
The WiFi was free but it was fairly weak in our room on the 3rd floor. There was no front desk so you need to hunt for the staff when you get there. We found them in the first floor restaurant's kitchen. Also, at check out there was no staff to be found so we left the key in the room.

Lovely room and very comfortable bed.
We couldn’t find staff on our last day so couldn’t leave luggage. No kettle in the room.

Fantastic impression from staff....next time we need to save time to eat at the fantastic adjoining Georgian restaurant.
