A lovely, spacious and clean apartment, very close to the Khan Shatyr shopping mall. No issues during my stay.

This was my first experience at a hotel apartment, and I (&family) am grateful for having received such a great experience
1) a very helpful staff and manager (very helpful in intro to Kazakhstan)
2) a very spacious bedroom, hall and great kitchen with all necessary utilities. everything is as shown in pictures and better. all room facilities available in the apartment.
3) great location, grocery and food sources available nearby.
4) Mall is nearby at walking distance.
5) internet available
6) price was awesome for the spacious apartment
There's nothing i disliked at this place, that may actually be of concern, but still I shall mention some to hopefully help others.
1) Lift looked in poor condition, but i presume it maybe due to the ongoing construction and painting works ongoing.
2) there are no gym/swimming pool facilities available
3) basic spring mattress/bed... sleep was fine (most important) no doubt, but i could feel the springs.
