Air con, wifi and a bit of bathroom work would completely change this place

Minutes walk to train station so very easy to get to Disney or into Paris. We didn’t spend much time in the place, literally just slept there so it wasn’t so bad as it was a lot cheaper than other places. Bed was surprisingly comfortable to be fair.

Not the cleanest of places , towels and pillows smelled funny. We could not sleep because of how hot this place was and keeping windows open didn't really do much. Also very loud early in the mornings. Had to buy toilet paper, soap or shower gel as there was little toilet paper and no soap. Toilet flush wasn’t working well.

All in all, good place for a short stay.

We really liked the comfy bed, bonus for me was the hairdryer. The location is great if you are travelling to Disneyland. Good thing- there were towels and heater. Very close to metro station, quick way to Disneyland.

The shower could have been better, the water was running on the ground, because there is no shower platform deepness and no shower curtain. We think a kettle could be useful, also bar of soap, just for hands.

Location is close to the train

It was very stressful trying to get into the property. Owner was not polite on the phone when I was trying to ask for instructions to find the key. There was no soap in the bathroom to be able to wash our hands. It needs the basic amenities. Pillows were very flat may as well have had none. Room was very warm needs a fan. The buildings elevator was broken so had to carry bags up and down the stairs and keep using them for the whole stay. Not good value for money when you can stay in a decent hotel nearby for the same price that can provide everything you need and less stress.

Convenient studio apartment close to Disneyland

This studio apartment is located in a nice neighborhood very close to the RER and the Disneyland park. It is easy to access and has various parking options around if you are coming by car. There are many amenities close by like restaurants (Thai, poké bowls, lebanese, sushi, etc) and big shopping centers. The apartment block is well maintained and there is a lift available to get to the apartment. The studio itself is clean and great for a short stay to enjoy Disneyland and Paris. The value for money is good! The sheets and towels provided are clean but a little outdated. The bed was comfy though and on the harder side so depending on personal preferences you might like or dislike it.

The studio is pretty basic but does the trick if you are going to be out and about in the day anyway. Please note that there is no airco and the window is south facing so on a hot day it could get quite stuffy inside to sleep at night. There are shutters though so you can leave the window open in the evening to air the place out. You can sometimes hear noise from other apartments or the corridor but this was minimal when we were there. Finally, some coffee pods, shower gel/shampoo and a hairdryer would be a nice extra touch!

Proche du Val d’Europe, des restaurants et du RER. Bonne literie. Appartement propre.

Ce n’est pas un appartement 1 chambre comme c’est écrit dans le descriptif mais 1 studio. La vue est sur un immeuble et la rue bruyante très tard. On entend le bruit même avec les fenêtres et volets fermés. La partie congélateur du frigo remplit de glaces
