We are putting our house up for seasonal rental.
It is an architect-designed house, built in 1988 with beautiful materials, and renovated in 2022 (new bathroom and kitchen in particular)
The house is divided into 3 levels and the exterior:
• Basement :
Swimming pool area of 70 m² with a 7mx4m swimming pool (1m60 deep) heated all year round between 27/29°C
Numerous water games, slide, goals, 2 aquabikes, ...
The bay windows of the swimming pool overlook a 45m² terrace facing south and sheltered from the wind.
This terrace is equipped with deckchairs, garden furniture and a parasol.
• Ground floor:
Cathedral dining room with table for 6/8 people
Equipped kitchen: oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, teapot, toaster
Bathroom with walk-in shower, washer-dryer
Living room with 2 3-seater sofas, 120 cm television, 220 internet channels, Wi-Fi, Netflix
Office with 140 cm convertible sofa, 2 beds, baby bed
Bedroom 1: 140cm bed, 2 beds, storage
Bedroom 2: 90 cm bunk bed, 2 beds, storage
• 1st floor:
Mezzanine with space opening onto a library with board games
separate WC
Bathroom with 1 person bathtub
Bedroom 3: queen size bed 160cm, 2 beds
Private terrace 8m² with a table and 2 chairs
• Exterior:
Fenced land of 3000m² with numerous games
Garden furniture
South facing terrace overlooking the swimming pool
Balcony
Autonomous entry by codes & key box
Autonomous exit
We draw your attention to the fact that parties are prohibited
Please note that the stairs are spiral and difficult to access for people with disabilities
BEFORE LEAVING:
Thanks for :
• Replace the pool cover correctly
• Put used towels in the bathroom and/or pool basket
• Remove sheets and roll them into a ball near the beds
• Put away used clean dishes or run a final dishwasher before leaving
• Take out the trash and put it in the containers provided for this purpose (yellow = recyclable, gray = waste)
• If it is really very dirty, a quick broom or vacuum cleaner is appreciated
You can lock the door, close the gate and leave the keys in the mailbox.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The garden is much larger than it looks in the pictures and our children enjoyed running around, playing on the swing, slide and climbing frame.The house had everything we needed. The kitchen is small but functional and well-stocked, including a great extractor fan that's hiding above the hob. There is air con in the living room which made the house much more bearable during the heatwave we were there for. The contactless entry/exit worked really well and it was nice to have the space to arrive at our own pace after delays on LeShuttle. The information pack is really detailed and pointed out a farm shop down the road which was really really good (we visited a few times).The house itself is easy to find and well placed to get to any supermarket in Arras. The pool was loved by all and was a welcome addition to cool down in. It is a deep pool at 1.7m throughout, so the floats in the cupboard were well used by the kids.We blocked off the upstairs using the stair gate provided, so the only part of the property that needed a bit more supervision was outside by the car as our toddler would have fallen down the steps (though it's fine for slightly older children).We had a great holiday and would definitely stay again.

An ideal house for family vacation: good space bedroom, beds for children (bunk beds and baby cots), baby high chair, toys and books, large green garden with children's play area and outdoor games equipment, a very good swimming pool with toys (might be a bit deep for smaller people). Very clean house with everything needed for a relaxed family holiday.

Fantastic spacious property in a very quiet village but 15 minutes drive away from Arras which has everything you need if you choose.The pool is great with a great sun terrace right outside one of the pool doors. A covered seating area overlooks a huge garden space for the children to play including swings and a wooden house also additional children’s garden toys.Inside there was everything we needed for our holiday stay.
