IG: @houseof.roy Featured in: The Spaces ★ BEDS & BATHS ★ This cabin sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 rooms, with 4 beds and an extendable daybed. It has 3 bathrooms, including 2 showers and an indoor jacuzzi tub. The front bedroom features a king bed, Tuft & Needle mattress, and 2 en-suite full bathrooms. One has a shower, washer/dryer, and the other a large jacuzzi tub. The spacious master bedroom has 2 queen beds, en-suite bathroom, couch, and access to two patios. It also boasts a large open closet. The sleeping loft, accessible via ladder from the living room, has a king-size Casper mattress. Note: no door, but has its own heating/cooling unit. The cinema room has a large daybed (converts to king-size), 65-inch TV, and access to a full en-suite bathroom. Note: it's a pass-through room between the double bedroom and kitchen, with a privacy door to the kitchen. It shares an en-suite bathroom with the master bedroom. ★ KITCHEN & DINING ★ The fully-equipped kitchen has a ceramic glass stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and DeLonghi pod espresso machine. Dine indoors at the large Restoration Hardware table, or outside with sweeping views of the Pioneertown Valley. A propane BBQ is available outside the kitchen. Please use the splash guard while cooking, as there's no hood over the stove. ★ LIVING ROOM ★ The living room, the heart of this desert cabin, connects to the kitchen, front entrance, bathroom, and front bedroom. There's also access to the patio near the dining table. The 16ft ceilings and open floor plan make the 1600 sqft house feel even larger. Enjoy entertainment with board games or the flatscreen TV from either of the two couches. A cozy nook with two lounge chairs and a coffee table provides an additional spot to unwind and relax. ★ OUTDOOR ★ The outdoor experience at House of Roy is entertaining and open to desert views, with half of the property fenced in for added security. Be cautious: the desert floor can be dangerous for bare feet and pets. Five outdoor areas include the front patio, side patio, backyard, round ex-horse corral south of the house, and a remodeled horse stable turned saloon with a window bar. The large wraparound patio, connected to the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom, has couches around the fireplace, a propane BBQ near the dining table, a swing, a hot tub, and sun chairs. The backyard has 4 hammocks, corn hole, and horseshoe. Behind the saloon there is a large wooden deck with built in cowboy pool tubs for those hot summer days. They are located right next to the airstream with a deck and two lounge chair. ★ GARAGE & PARKING ★ The U-shaped driveway makes loading/unloading easy, with ample space for vehicles and a Tesla wall charger. Please park in the driveway roundabout, not by the side due to the septic tank. ★ HEATING AND COOLING ★ The house has 4 mini-split heating/cooling units, a pellet fireplace in the living room, and a propane outdoor fireplace. The hot tub is clean and warm, and the cowboy tub is perfect for cooling down on hot desert days. ★ WORK TRIPS ★ The cabin has fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workstation in the front bedroom, and large kitchen and outdoor tables for group workspaces. ★ PET & KID FRIENDLY ★ Pets are welcome, and a pet basket with essentials awaits. Everything about this home was perfect! The decor was so well thought out and you can tell how much thought and love they put into this home. The outside was so inviting and comfortable. The inside was very functional and comfortable! I would love to Come back and stay again!
