The property is very new, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and the condo was very clean. The access to the pool, tennis/basketball courts, and exercise facility was great. The fireplace on the patio never really worked quite right (would go on and off randomly), but otherwise the place was great.

Everything about this property was AMAZING! It far exceeded our expectations - It was clean, beautifully appointed and the view from our patio was gorgeous! Red Rock Vacations made everything effortless upon check-in, and we felt at peace knowing they were just a text or call away, should anything go wrong (which NOTHING did!). Typically, we go out to dinner on our vacations, but we enjoyed this place so much, we stayed in and cooked our own meals most nights! Also, the location was perfect for our family and conveniently close to many hiking trails and beautiful national parks. We would definitely go back!

We had a great time here. We spent our days hiking and exploring in Zion and around the St George area. It was a great place to come home to after and relax or swim. The home has everything you need. We will definitely stay here again.

Although a 40 minute drive to Zion the property was great. After our morning hike came back to relax in the community pool. Place had all the amenities needed. Would come back again.

We enjoyed our stay! Great house with plenty of space, comfy beds and everything we needed. The tennis court and pool were nice and loved the location. Not too far from Zion, restaurants, and grocery delivery was available from the local Wal-Mart. Definitely would recommend this property.

The condo itself was very nice and updated. Lovely patio and modern facilities. Was surprised that we had to go up 3 flights of stairs with all luggage and food. No foil, plastic wrap or baggies, so bring your own if you plan on packing a lunch to hike the parks. Wifi and phone reception is very weak - therefore, difficulty in looking up directions, ordering, phone calls. A struggle when we are trying to plan the days activities. Had to drive out of the property to get reception. Just be aware...

Wonderful unit. Love the decor. However location not great as closest restaurants or shopping at least 10 minutes away. Also no elevator so had to lug luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

A little disappointed - could do better

A few things were disappointing. We came to pretrain for Ironman race. The master tub did not have warm water. So post train soaks for recovery were not possible. I did ask property management to help fix but we were told it wasn’t possible until day of our checkout. They told me to use the other bathroom tub, but it was too small. I suggested they discount room because it wasn’t fully functional and property management declined. I asked for owners contact and sent them dialogue between myself and property management but never got a response. I sent pictures of the clogged faucets with hard mineral deposits and a cockroach. For the price, I would have preferred a functional room since that is what a paid for. The rating is low due to lack of response and involvement on behalf of owner to address the issues I had. Location is ok, not many close amenities- need to go to St George for that.

We loved this condo. It's on the edge of Hurricane and just a short drive to St. George. It was a great location for us as we spent time in St. George, Zion National Park, and Sand Hollow State Park. The pictures of the place are totally accurate and the pool was fantastic. We had everything we needed and the view from the patio was great. We enjoyed breakfast our there. The master bath shower was so nice and the beds were great. It's a really nice, new complex and the covered parking was a bonus. The property manager was in contact before we arrived and was helpful throughout. Just be aware that the property is on the third level and there is no elevator. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

What a great experience we had at this place, it was everything anybody could ask for. Super clean and very well furnished. It's got everything you need, a lots of details. The master bedroom and it's bathroom were great. I will definitely recommend this unit, I have not words to explain. I stayed here with my family and it was super comfortable for our party of 8 people. From the time we came in the front door we knew we had chosen the right place. Definitely a place to stay, you won't regret. From 1 through 10, I will give a 10+. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this great place!!

Love the out door seating with breath taking views. The only negative was the cookware was old and not really usable and some were dirty and oily. Needs new cookware and cooking utensils. Otherwise I love that its has several games for the family and kids and all rooms have TV 😊 and gives all u need for your family trip!
