An absolutely exceptional, magical, and romantic place away from the tourist crowds, with impeccable care and hospitality from the owners. An ideal base for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. We likend house equipment, hot tube and local cat, air conditioning. Thank you :-)

So glad we found this gem of a house for our first visit to Istria, Croatia with our dog. We wanted a quiet, peaceful retreat, so that after a day of exploring we could return to a calm home, and that is what we got. The house is spacious and filled with family furniture which makes it feel like you are staying with friends or family. The kitchen is small but more than sufficient and has everything you need. The airco in the house is so good that it means even on the hottest days it is so pleasant indoors and sleeping at night is restful. We only used the main bedroom but all 3 are large and have very good beds. There are 2 bathrooms with excellent showers. The bonus of the hot tub on the gorgeous terrace up stairs is a luxury. Watching the sunset from the hot tub felt very decadent and relaxing after a day out. The gardens are lovely and the sheltered terrace downstairs is ideal for sitting out of the sun while your 4 legged friend pads around. We didn’t make use of the outdoor cooking area but for any avid bbq lovers this would be a dream. You are close to Novigrad, Umag, Porec and many other beautiful places which makes it the ideal base. The hostess Mirna was super helpful with tips for restaurants and places to visit and if we needed someone on site we had the lovely Sanja, who with the help of google translate, helped us when required. Can highly recommend this beautiful holiday home.

Ganz ein tolles Ferienhaus, sehr nett gestaltet und eingerichtet, Waschmaschine etc. alles vor Ort. Es war alles sehr sauber und Sanja (Nachbarin) hat uns gut begleitet. Die Lage war für uns ein Traum, da es ausgesprochen ruhig war und der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen
