Great location by the station & a short walk to the main shops
Breakfast options are set & you can choose wester, Japanese or local tsuruga. We had the Japanese & the Tsuruga - both were delicious.

Location couldn't be more convenient for Tsuruga Station. Staff were very helpful, the room was lovely, and breakfast was great.
There aren't enough laundry machines for all the guests at peak times. A little more day-to-day variety and/or vegetarian options for breakfast would be great.

The hotel is next to Tsuruga station, so it is very convenient for us to travel to Fukui city. The room size is bigger than many hotel rooms in Japan. The breakfast is a set meal so we chose the delicious seafood don. Drinks is free flow.

The room is new
We tried to borrow a plate but none were available. The hotel also has only a limited number of car parking spaces. The Japanese breakfast was disappointing, as the fish had a strong smell. Staff speak very little English, which made communication difficult. There is an iron in the room, but no ironing board provided.
