Nice and clean apartment with most of what one needs located in a shared office/apartment complex east of Lucerne, quite convenient with underground car park and lift
Location is not the best but one can reach most attractions in the area with a car, you also risk getting stuck in traffic to/from Lucerne if driving at the wrong times. I also think the key app needs improvement as it does not work as well as having a physical card typically used in hotels, at times the key scanner will not read the key so you have to repeat the process. One also have to "kiss" the key scanner perfectly to unlock door into apartment, no acceptance for motion instability or having mobile a little farther from the scanner.

The location was not close to anything - very industrial and uninviting.
The rooms are dark and gloomy. There is very little light even with the curtains back. Hot at night with only a small gap window to open. The whole nonsense of having to download an app and open it every time I wanted to open a door was incredibly tiring. A cleaner left a fob for us the next day. We didn't know where to collect this fob or even that it existed. We thought we'd be stuck with this stupid app that would connect sometimes and then others not. For the price it was all very underwhelming.
