Unsafe, Dirty and Nothing Like the Photos

I cancelled the booking upon arrival because the apartment did not resemble the photos at all. The water heater is installed directly above the toilet, and its electrical components are exposed and situated right beside the shower, posing a serious risk of electric shock. This is extremely dangerous, and accommodation in this condition should not be permitted on Booking.com. The apartment was also dirty, with hair all over the sofa, which, to our surprise, is THE BEDROOM. This was completely different from what was shown and described in the listing. I am still waiting to be reimbursed

Good location, not so good experience with the property.

The location is ski-in/ski out

Everything outdated. Old shower did not work properly. Also the heater in the living room was not working. The outlet under the heater also not working. Linen and internet box not included. I neglected booking some in time, booked a day before arrival, got charged, but I was told upon arrival that nothing is available due to high demand - no linen, no internet box. I was told they never charged me - I waited until today, did not get any money back, so I raised a dispute through my credit card in hope of getting that money back. When my son tried to close the curtain to the small bedroom, the curtain fell on his head, hearting him. The fixings of the curtains were poorly done, I made pictures to prove this. I asked them politely to fix the curtains, the heater and the outlet. Their answer was to threaten me that if I do not repair things myself they will retain the hefty 700EUR deposit they blocked on the day of arrival. I didn't like that.

Great one

Location is great

For a family of 4 it’s a bit small but we had a great time
