Vento Hotel

Clean and soft beds

The driveway

Beds are comfortable and bathroom is nice. My girl really loved the sink, mirror, and lighting in the bathroom.

Floor was a bit dirty, remote didn’t work correctly, tv was slow, and there was a gap under the door.

Better than I expected. It was warm, clean and comfortable.

The heaters were pretty noisy but that’s ok. Not having there sink in the bathroom was strange but ok too.

I am in a wheelchair.I'm not severely handicapped, but I cannot walk or stand Except for short periods. I called this motel over 2 weeks before and also 1 week before our stay and said I needed a low threshold access into the room when we got there. they assured me all was ok The threshold was over 5 inches tall. I could not get my chair inside to charge. We asked for our money back but the employee said no as he was not allowed This employee was pleasant but would have to talk into his phone then give it to us to read for translation i also could not get into the office because of a high step , luckily we were able to find some material and I crawled into the room, and my wife was able to lift and pull a 500 pound machine. into the room. Same thing on the way out.the stay was comfortable. I am just really upset because I feel like they didn't even listen to me or try and maybe lied just make a sale. Ps. I have never given a review on any stay anywhere until now
