Location was great. Room was quiet and had everything you need.
The only thing that was a bit annoying that there was no plug next to the bed.

Good communication from host! We were offered early check in, much appreciated.
Walking distance from old town.
Recently renovated, new appliances.
We did not get property as per photos when booking. Booked for 5 but one sofa did not extend and only small child could sleep.
Needed cash for city tax.
Ground floor bathroom did not ventilation and showed signs of mould developing.

Apartamento muy bonito en un edificio antiguo, totalmente reformado por dentro. Amplio y con todo lo necesario para pasar un par de días. A unos 10-15 minutos andando del casco antiguo.
Propondría colocar unos colgadores para las toallas en el baño, así como unas cortinas opacas. El piso no tiene aire acondicionado y nos pilló plena ola de calor. Entre que las cortinas dejaban pasar todo el sol (y la luz por las mañanas) y que no se podían dejar las ventanas abiertas por las noches por el ruido de los coches, costó un poco dormir por la noche.

The apartment itself is great.
It's spacious, has comfortable furniture, good heating and spacious windows.
Parking was easy and it's close to the old town.
Plus self check in and the availability to be there with our dog.
The listing claims that each unit includes a washing machine. This is a lie.
Where there, I presume, was a washing machine, is just a few holes in the wall. We needed to wash our clothes after the rain, we couldn't and it was really uncomfortable.
Plus, I didn't pick this up from the Suite picture, but only 1 out of the 3 giant windows has a curtain. This is unpleasant first, if you have a schedule and you need the outside lights to not keep you up. Plus, you have no basic privacy. The neighbors can see you 24/7. You can't even privately exit the shower room. This is not okay.
When I wrote to the staff on booking chat - no response, even though in their check in message they said "In case you have any questions feel free to contact me!".
They even included their number in the check in message. Tried writing directly as well - again, no response.
There are washing machines on the second floor, but these are used by the cleaners and no help was provided in the end.
In their check-in message, they also said that I need to leave the city tax in cash on the table before checking out - which is misleading, because booking.com already included this in my invoice. And since they didn't respond, I presume that some people might pay this money twice.
I can only thank me for noticing it, otherwise I would have paid extra cash as well.
Would have loved to just ask them if they saw that booking had already taken this tax, but I would have gotten more responses from a brick wall.
