Guest Access: The home is a double (duplex), and you will have complete and private access to your unit. The front porch is shared with the other unit next door. The Neighborhood: The home is just steps from bustling St. Claude Ave, Bywater and the Marigny. There you will find tons of great restaurants, bars, music venues and more. Getting Around: The home is very centrally located, and less than a 5 minute drive or Uber ride from the French Quarter. Other Things to Note: This home does contain a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom. We want to make sure the home is a good fit before booking.
