Situated in the heart of old Torquay, this 2-storey townhouse is sure to impress. Ocean glimpses connect you to the sea and sky from the upper deck, with outdoor furniture and a BBQ to maximise sunny days. Seamless indoor-outdoor flow upstairs from the open plan kitchen, meals and living area makes it the ideal place to host friends and family. The modern kitchen is equipped with quality appliances, stone benchtops and a coffee pod machine (starter pack of pods provided). Fully-equipped crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware are just some of the quality inclusions you can expect to find. Enjoy meals together at the 6-seater dining table, before retiring to the comfortable lounges to relax and unwind with a good book or watch movies (Smart TV with Netflix connectivity). All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time. There are great cafes, bars and restaurants in town, plus boutiques, clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more. Surf City Plaza is home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver, Roxy and Rip Curl (all originated in Torquay). There are also many other iconic brands in the Plaza or across the road. Head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets. You will find everything you need for a fabulous holiday all within a short walk. Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc. As well as Torquay’s famous surf beaches there are family-friendly beaches. During the summer season lifeguards patrol at various locations including Torquay Back Beach, Cosy Corner and Jan Juc Beach. Fisherman’s Beach is not patrolled but is a relatively safe beach with a wide shallow bar. We are always nearby and can be contacted by phone or email.
