i appreciate the free upgrade of room.
The shower pressure was nice and the room is big and walking distance to Airport Train
Water dispenser at lift area is convenient
the flat pillows and temperature of the shower changes abruptly without me turning the knobs
The continuous rain was not nice but nothing i can do.

Professonal and Friendly staffs, clean, comfortable bed and environment.
Lotion bottle🧴 in the bathroom was empty, it’s not a big of a deal if one night of staying here cost this amount of money, I expected a bit more in these kinds of details

I could not find spoon in the restaurant for breakfast.
Location was good because it is close to my client.
Bathroom is not equipped with bathtub. Downpayment by credit card was required at the time of checkin.
