Large king bed room. Comfortable bed & pillows. Bathroom facilities were very good. Small kitchenette was handy to have. Great hot & cold buffet breakfast available in the morning. We had dinner in the on-site restaurant, Miller's which was very good. It is open from 4pm. Staff were very welcoming & friendly. It is the motel section of the Best Western Hotel & Convention Center.

Good breakfast served in the Main Conference Center building. Staff quite friendly and ready to assist.
Didn't realize we were in the 'motel' extended stay section of the hotel when we booked. The rooms have been updated and are quite comfortable but the outside of the 'motel' could use a freshening up.

Complimentary breakfast was good, room was clean and tidy, and the pool was a nice addition. Easy access to the highway.
Requested early check-in via booking.com (who confirmed it was secured through the hotel by email), but when I arrived early check-in was denied. When I tried to explain (and showed the confirmation email) that I had a business meeting and needed a place for my family to stay, they were dismissive. Dinner service at the restaurant was great, but the food was not.
