Very good location. It is like half hour away from the great city centre of Paris. It's right in Zone 2, which is easy to arrive and fits the Navigo usage very well. It has airco, nice beds and a not bad bathroom. We didn't use the facilities, as we only slept 1 night.
Staff not so friendly, but it could be because of the thousands of kids in a school trip at the place. It may not be sooo easy to reach, but it's a quite OK location.

Can't fault the place was clean
It's a shame I booked a twin room the beds were so close together no room to separate, if I knew that I would of booked double room elsewhere , and location is opposite a general waste incinerator which left a lingering smell and made it unable to open a window
