The apartment was very central to everything, it was clean and lovely views but ......
The beds were terrible, budget Sealy beds. We all woke up with sore backs/hips, I could hardly walk! A few items in the kitchen should be replaced ie knives that actually cut, a decent chopping board, a frypan (yours needs to be thrown out), a kettle that doesn't spill boiling water, there is no bbq in the complex and the spa doesn't work. More seating for balcony would be good, 2 chairs and 1 small table just isn't enough for a unit that accommodates 6. A faulty emergency system, at 11.30pm the very loud "emergency... evacuate now" siren went off and the entire building had to walk down the stairs - difficult for us as we had one in a wheelchair! That's fine if it was an actual emergency but this has happened again just recently so Owners need to complain to The Mantra to get that fixed. Also there was going to be charge of $100 to split the beds in one room to 2 singles absolutely outrageous, (so beware if you have a family) and they refused to accept delivery/pickup to the hotel of a wheelchair on our behalf (very disappointing) Customer Service poor
