Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet, absolut top. Badezimmer / Dusche komfortabel groß mit Handtüchern, Handwaschbecken mit Seife. Die Wohnung großzügig und hell und in jedem Zimmer waren Jalousien zum verdunkeln. Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Lokale und Apotheke sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt. Wir waren schon zum zweiten mal hier in Lion-sur-Mer und haben uns wieder sehr wohlgefühlt.
Nur ein paar Schritte sind es zum Meer.
Man kann herrliche Spaziergänge machen.
Das Auto steht sicher im Hof des Hauses.
Patrice und Nadine sind sehr sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Danke 🙏

Schöne moderne Wohnung fast direkt am Meer, in ruhiger Lage. Einfahrt zum Haus ging über eine Fußgängerpassage in einen geräumigen Hinterhof.
Wohnung lag im 1. OG und hatte einen kleinen privaten Balkon, für 4 Personen jedoch nicht gut zu nutzen.
Anweisungen im Vorfeld haben gut gepasst und man hatte keine Probleme, alles zu finden.
Das Gästesofa für die Kinder war gut.
Was in Frankreich offensichtlich Standard ist, dass es eigentlich keine oder kaum nennenswerte "Zusatzausstattung" wie Haushaltspapier, genügend WC Papier, Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee, Backpapier, z.T. Geschirrhandtücher etc. gibt. Aber das betrifft nicht nur diese Wohnung.
Vor Ort gab es direkt ein Schreiben, dass man aufgefordert wird, am Ende die Wohnung zu putzen (Putzmittel bitte selbst organisieren), oder alternativ Bargeld zu hinterlassen. Dies war aber bei der Booking-Buchung so nicht vereinbart, was ich nochmal bei booking hinterfragt habe.
Diese Aufforderung hat man während des Aufenthaltes dann noch auf div. Wegen mehrfach kommuniziert bekommen. Da fragt man sich im Nachgang, wie gut dort am Ende geputzt wird, wenn man das von den Touris am Abreisetag verlangt. Das hat leider einen Beigeschmack hinterlassen.

The location of the property was ideal, a couple of minutes walk from the beach, supermarket and boulangerie. Free electric gated secure parking on site, we were able to leave our bikes safely too.
The ‘cottage’ itself was beautiful, very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. A very comfortable large bed and three balconies to enjoy the setting.
Nothing
The only thing to note is there is a smaller apartment next door to the kitchen.
