A atenção e simpatia do recepcionista Ruan na chegada foi muito atenciosa e receptiva. Ele interage com o cliente e vc até sente um aconchego de casa. Mesmo estando tão longe. Digo isso pois, nas hospedagens anteriores o tratamento foi ríspido e indiferente.
Precisei de travesseiros e Ruan me forneceu também.
Cama desconfortável, chuveiro não sai água com fluidez (Pinga Pinga), banheiro com estrutura velha mesmo limpo aparentava estar sujo, passei a noite espirrando acredito que tinha poeira pelo quarto.
O café da manhã é uma tristeza, extremamente simples e feio. Apresentação da comida não tava boa. Talheres de servir misturados causando contaminação cruzada.
Fui alertar a menina da cozinha e ela achou ruim, trocou o prato e as colheres, mas permaneceu o mesmo erro.
