We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment. Its greatest advantage is the excellent location, with two beautiful beaches just a few dozen meters away and the town center only a short walk from the property.
The apartment itself is spacious, exceptionally clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen includes all the essential utensils and appliances for preparing meals, and the air conditioning provides extra comfort on warmer days. Another highlight is the large terrace with a spacious dining table, perfect for enjoying meals and spending time together. A convenient private parking space is also available.
As a very thoughtful welcome, we found cold drinks waiting for us in the fridge, which was especially appreciated after a long journey.
Special thanks go to the host, who, despite not being present during our stay, remained easily reachable and responded quickly to any questions or requests. He was also kind enough to allow us an earlier check-in and a later check-out, which made our trip much more convenient.
We would definitely stay here again and can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
One small suggestion for improvement would be to add more greenery around the building and parking area to provide additional shade during hot days. Another nice addition would be a barbecue area that guests could use, making the outdoor space even more enjoyable.

Pohodlný apartmán blízko moře, dobře vybavený, kolem spousta kvetoucích oleandrů, místo na uložení paddleboardu, pohodlná kuchyně, oblíbili jsme si terasu s průhledem na moře. Pekárna a obchody v docházkové vzdálenosti. Pěkné trasy na běhání v okolí.
Nic mě nenapadá.

+ location - 30m to Šepurina beach
+ location - "dead end" street that ends at the beach = no traffic noise from trespassing
+ location - restaurant, markets, bakery all within 10min in Rogoznica (or <1min on the beach fast food)
+ apartment - spaceous size 3kk (we were not aware how spaceous it will be from picture in positive way, 2 toilets, shower)
+ apartment - equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with oven, all windows with insect net, all windows with adjustable outer window shutters)
+ code entrance
+ own parking slot directly next to apartment terrase/balcony spot
+ owner Nenad & host Ella - very friendly approach
+ price - considering all above (location, beautiful apartment, the price is very reasonable even during main season
+ probably many more positive things which are not coming to our mind.

From the beginning, access to the apartment was easy, and our accommodation went smoothly. The distance to the beach was very close, promenade 10 min walk from the apartment.
I can't single out anything, everything was perfect.
