Lovely views from the spacious balcony and location right next to the beach - this was extraordinary for a stay with toddlers.
Katja and Adonis are great hosts, helped us with parking, and were available for everything. The refreshing cold welcome juice on a hot sunny day was 10/10. The kitchen is equipped well enough for preparation of quick breakfast and snacks(coffee pot, toaster, plates, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses and mugs are available). Cleaning is very professional and thorough, performed every other day. Towels, sheets and kitchen sponges are also changed. The internet connection was mostly OK for voice calls.
Would definitely come back!
More of a suggestion: an umbrella (or shades) on the balcony would allow longer usage of the balcony, especially since the balcony table is the only one that can be used for dining.

A wonderful location in a small village very close to the beach and the sea. The flat is well-equipped, comfortable and clean. Large, comfortable beds. A spacious terrace with a sea view.
The staff and managers are very friendly and helpful. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. It’s a lovely place and we’ll definitely be back.
A small issue with the drain in the bathroom shower

Clean and close to the beaches, around 10min drive to main town. Staff very nice and reactive when needed. Pool area is small but nice, inflatables are permitted. Bar is available for drinks and food during the day.
We had the 1 bedroom apartment with AC in the bedroom, this did not effectively cool down the second room, there should be a second AC unit or minimum a ceiling fan in the second room.

Brand new, modern hotel.
There is a pool and a large terrace with
a view of the sea and the sunset.
To welcome us, we were treated to a baklava
and cold mineral water.
The apartment is a bit difficult to live in.
The air conditioner is practically unusable.
For it to work you have to stay in the
stuffy room without leaving.
You can't even sit on the terrace
until the room cools down, because
the door doesn't close from the outside.
You can't open your window wide because
the blind is wider than the window.
There is no curtain in the bedroom,
and it is impossible without a blind,
because the apartment is on the ground floor.
Contacts are well hidden behind covers.
Dear owners, people come to the
hotels to rest, not to deal with domestic
problems. We are not coming to steal your
electricity and water!
We pay for the service, right?
Try to provide a little more comfort
to your customers!
In addition, the hotel is located on
a steep hill. So we drove to the beach.
