Lovely location for walking and biking Cosy with the fire lit Local pub and shops
The wifi was poor We were told 24 hrs before that the oven was broken which meant changing already confirmed meals, when speaking to the agent we asked if we would be reimburse for the trouble they replied they would ask but never get back to us, if the owner ran the property would we get better communication

Perfect accommodation for a small family. Very comfortable with plenty of space and all the facilities you would need. Great location in Staveley with local shops nearby. Lovely little garden by the river.
Sykes who look after the property are impossible to get hold of. We had an issue with the tumble dryer not working during our stay (not great with a small baby and wet weather) and they didn't pick up the phone or respond on their whatsapp channel. There was also no contact number for the owner. I would be really wary of this in the future, who knows what you would do if you had a major issue.

We absolutely loved the house , was so immaculate with everything you could want in the kitchen, comfortable beds, brilliant water pressure in the shower and so close to so many local amenities, and had parking !
