The hotel was modern and clean. It was nicely located: close to the beach but still relatively quiet. The private parking was full on the first evening, so we had to park on the street, but we got the car to the parking area the next day.
The room was very small for two people to move around, but luckily we were there only for two nights and didn't spend that much time indoors. The balcony was towards the parking area, but it was spacious enough and had a rack to dry clothes. There were hangers in the room, like an open closet, which accommodated our stuff quite nicely. A/C worked well (and was very much needed with 35+ degrees outside).
The breakfast was good, especially considering what I've experienced in Albania, buffet-style, in good and bad: you got to take what you like, but you didn't get anything extra, like freshly made eggs. The juice was sugary and not made from real fruit, as everywhere I visited in Albania.
Some of the staff spoke English, but be prepared to use translation apps. Members of the staff were generally friendly.
I felt odd that they didn't allow guests to bring any bags to the breakfast. Considering that most of the guests were from abroad and the food is affordable in Albania, I'd be surprised if that many people stole food from the breakfast, but I might be mistaken. Without a bag, you'd need to bring, e.g., your medication to the breakfast room openly. The room had some issues at the beginning (like a beeping fire alarm), but they were resolved nicely.

Uitstekend hotel, kleinschalig, niet ver van strand.
Schoon, prima ontbijt, prima bedden, goede airco.
Bij vragen en hulp kun je altijd terrecht bij de hardwerkende eigenaren.
Zij regelden ook een taxi voor ons, zoals transfer naar vliegveld.
