I've given them a perfect score even though it wasn't perfect because they fixed things. The value for money component is another consideration.
Location: Great
Noise: very quiet
Security: The Best
Facilities: Must set expectations or you will be disappointed.
Gym: great
Nearby venues: Hard Rock Cafe, 27@Coco, Blitz
Malls: nearest is Sunway, best is Paradigm
Tourist Attraction: Forest Island, Singapore, Legoland
Airport: close enough
Cost: Unbeatable
Okay keep in mind that this is still a perfect score but you need to know this.
No microwave, so don't go here if you need that functionality.
No hot water in kitchen sink, again eating out is preferred.
The room can be stuffy with the heat, so you need aircon on all the time, this can cause problems, I got a chest infection. Ensure the ceiling fan is working, mine was not.
Bench chairs are uncomfortable, answer, go out to Hard Rock Cafe.
You can leave your bags at reception if you get in early though.
