The house heats up quickly. The bathrooms have been renovated. The kitchen is relatively well equipped.
Most of the things in the house need renovation. The yard is not maintained well and is not suitable for outside seating. In practice, there are two private bedrooms (for two people each), the third room is shared (with a bedroom, a single bed and a sofa).

Casa da ristrutturare, soprattutto il piano terra , allego le foto. Avevamo prenotato perché il proprietario nei commenti di Booking scrive che era un appartamento ristrutturato, ma non è assolutamente così :( Foto non veritiere.
C' è puzza di umido in tutto il piano terra, riscaldamento spento al nostro arrivo ( riscaldamento o elettrico o alimentato a legna ma che non scalda), volevamo andare via subito! Termosifoni troppo rumorosi di notte. Cucina vecchia e buia, con i millepiedi (insetti) che girano per la stanza! I due bagni che puzzano di muffa (perché non fumziona il riscaldamento). Pentolame inutilizzabile, per fortuna portiamo i nostri da casa.
Brutta esperienza! Prezzo alto !
Prima va assolutamente ristrutturato il piano terra, poi si affitta.
